Item #7, Bullet 4 of outline:  Islam and the USA/Sharia Law

“I want you to learn about the Muslim faith. I want you to enroll and attend an introductory course on Islam.  I do want  you to . . . .”  So ordered  Massachusetts judge Paul Yee, Jr. in a case involving an American landlord and a Muslim woman.  Regardless of the merits of the case, it is an outrage that a judge in an American court orders an American to study Islam.  This is stunning proof of the influence that Islam has in the American culture.

In their press release of January 5, 2015 , the Center for Security Policy introduced its publication entitled “Shariah in American Courts:  The Expanding incursion of Islamic Law in the U.S. Legal System.”  This booklet documents 146 cases in 32 states in which efforts were made to have the matter resolved by applying Shariah Law.  In a previous study published in 2011, the Center for Security Policy found 15 Trial Court cases and 12 Appellate Court cases where Shariah Law was found to be applicable.

Noteworthy, is the Center’s observation that actions of Muslim Brotherhood-tied organizations are the likely cause of the increase Shariah Law influence in American court cases.  Also, in the press release the Muslim Brotherhood is rightly described as “an Islamic Supremacist organization.”

It was also noted in the press release that at least eight states have enacted legislation to prohibit the use of any foreign laws in their respective state courts. (Above three paragraphs were excerpted from the Center for Security Policy press release of January 5, 2015.)

Notwithstanding the actions taken by eight states to eliminate the influence of Shariah Law in American courts; the fact that Shariah Law has been applied in more than 100 cases is the greatest of outrages.  It is beyond reason and common sense how a body of law that contravenes the American constitution and the laws made in accordance therewith can find the light of day in any American court.

In perhaps the most arrogant act in American history by a very small minority group, Muslim activists (in August, 2014) sent a letter to the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism demanding an overhaul of all U.S. law enforcement training.  The purpose of the letter was to limit, or eliminate, the enforcement of laws  against Muslim offenders because, among other accusations, such actions are targeted based on religion – not wrongdoing!  Writer’s comment:  That a group could demand an overhaul of a country’s law enforcement training to accommodate that specific group is mind-boggling and evidence of Islam’s notion of its supremacy.

Also, there are many examples of some aspect(s) of Shariah Law being observed by American cities, of concessions made to Muslims by American corporations and actual “Muslim indoctrination” in public and private schools.

Examples of concessions by cities:

  • City council of Hamtramck, Michigan (a city surrounded by Detroit) voted to allow the Muslim call to prayer five times a day over the city’s loudspeakers. Prior to its vote, public input from residents was not allowed; except by Muslims!
  • At the 2012 Dearborn (Michigan) Arab Festival a Christian group holding Christian banners had bottles, cans, rocks, milk crates, stools, and pieces of concrete thrown at them while officers from the Wayne County Sheriff’s office stood by and did nothing. Writer’s comment:  Clearly, the authorities were allowing the Muslims to commit violent acts while holding the Christians responsible.
  • In New York, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (“MTA”) passed a regulation banning any message that it considers likely to “incite” others or to cause some “other immediate breach of the peace.” Writer’s comment:  This action was obviously aimed at preventing any “message” in the MTA’s conveyances that could possibly be construed by Muslims as insulting or criticizing Islam and/or Muhammad.  In effect, it sanctioned violence by Muslims any time they felt offended by a message on an MTA train or bus.


Examples of concessions by corporations:

  • Walmart in Miami, Ohio is now offering meat that comes from animals slaughtered by halal standards. This move to appease about 50 Muslims is the result of pressure by the Muslim Student Association (MSA) of Miami University and assistant professor Tareq Hasan Khan.  Writer’s comment:  This is another example of an organization giving in to Muslim demands out of fear of violence if they don’t.  The agitators for Islam have taken the protection racket to a new and higher level. 
  • A Home Depot in Dearborn, Michigan has required its employees to undergo “cultural awareness training” in order to accommodate the “religious sensitivities” of Muslim employees and customers,” and to “help corporate managers gain a better understanding of Muslims and Islam.”
  • Star Transport, Inc. a trucking company based in Morton, Illinois fired two Muslim truck drivers for failing to do their job. The drivers refused to haul loads that contained alcoholic beverages.   In May of 2013 the U.S.  Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) sued Star Transport for violating the religious rights of the two drivers.  More than two years later, in October of 2015, a jury found for the EEOC and awarded the two Muslims $240,000.  Writers comment:  Can one imagine a Catholic employee winning a suit for being fired because he refused to haul birth control item?


Examples of Islam incursions into American schools (excerpted from the website, “”, updated 12/23/2015).

  • Blaine High School in Minnesota is forcing students to sing songs with Arabic words, including the phrase “Allahu Akbar”. (Allahu Akbar, or Allah Akhbar, means, “God is Great”.  It is used in many situations including suicide missions by Muslim terrorists.)
  • A Virginia county shut down schools Friday (12/18/2015) for security reasons after parents objected to a world geography lesson that required students to copy the Shahada. The Shahada is an Islamic statement that says, “There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
  • Parents of students attending Brother Rice High School (A Catholic school) protested the school’s allowing the, approximately, twelve Muslim students to use the religious reflection room. The school has over 800 students.  One parent told the news station the room was “unconscionable,” arguing that her son’s paid Catholic education would be “undermined.”  Writer’s comment:  It would seem, even to the simple-minded, that Islam’s history of slaughtering Christians would somehow conflict with Muslims’ use of a Christian prayer room.
  • Parents in Orange County, California are outraged after seventh-graders were asked to sing a song about spreading Islam in class.
  • At the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities a proposed resolution to recognize the 9/11 terrorist attacks on campus each year was rejected by the Minnesota Student Association as it may potentially violate a “safe space” on campus. Writer’s comment:  I wonder who’s “safe space” is in danger of being violated.  Could it be the Muslim students who feel uncomfortable because the perpetrators of the 9/11 terrorist attacks were Muslims chanting, “Allah Akhbar as they flew aircraft into the twin towers and the pentagon?
  • Parents of students at High Mount School in Swansea, Illinois are outraged that a public school is painting a positive picture of Islam and teaching impressionable young students that Islam bears no responsibility for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Writer’s comment:  Islam not responsible for 9/11!  How can teacher’s get away with telling bald-faced lies?
  • Thursday, 9/24/2015, was the first time the New York City schools closed for a Muslim holiday.
  • Seventh grade school children in Maury County, Tennessee were forced to declare, “There is no God but Allah”, during a three-week study of Islam. Parents were enraged and stated that the lessons crossed the line into indoctrination and proselytization.
  • In accordance with the Common Core curriculum (Its adoption is encouraged by the federal government by awarding extra points in the competition for grants), students are required to:
    • Attend public school-sponsored trips to mosques, which require non-Muslim girls to wear head scarves,
    • Question if the Holocaust was “merely a political scheme created to influence public emotion and gain”,
    • Learn Islamic indoctrination via vocabulary lessons, and world history (from an Islamic perspective), including the five pillars of Islam,
    • Pledge allegiance to the flag in Arabic,
    • Have school days off for “Muslim holy days”,
    • Proselytize to younger school children by creating a pamphlet about Islam to “introduce Islam to 3rd graders” by describing Allah as the same God of Christians and Jews,
    • Recite in class the Shahada (“There is No God but Allah”) and kneel and learn to pray the Muslim call to prayer.

Writer’s comment:  If this is not a violation of numerous court rulings to keep religion out of our public schools, what is? 

  • President Barack Obama (7/16/2015) wished Muslims in America and around the world “Eid Mubarak!” or a blessed Eid, praising efforts to recognize the end of Ramadan as a holiday.
  • High school students at Union Grove High School, in Union Grove, Wisconsin, were asked to pretend that they were Muslims for a 10th grade world history writing assignment. They were instructed to, “give three examples of what  you do daily for your religion and any struggles you face.”
  • A University of California, Berkley professor is requiring 100 students to create Twitter accounts and post comment about “Islamophobia”. This was reported by anti-Islamists Muslim activist Tarek Fatah in his Toronto Sun column, 2/5/2014.
  • Hundreds of parents (in Brevard County, Florida), angry at what they say is a biased student textbook with a decided pro-Islam slant, have launched a campaign demanding equal religious representation and planned a protest at the school board meeting this week. The book devotes 32 pages, an entire chapter, on “Muslim Civilizations” but no information is given on any other religion.

The website article cited above goes on for 27 pages, citing examples of Islam’s influence in American schools.  This massive intrusion by Islam into our public schools illustrates the effectiveness of CAIR and other Muslim Brotherhood related groups in their overall plan to Islamize America.

It is obvious that Islam has penetrated American culture, mostly through “Stealth Jihad” tactics, to a dangerous degree; and it is appalling that few Americans are even aware Islam’s of the situation.
